Current customers that are part of our delivery schedule can have their tools picked up for repair assuming a delivery is being made. Please contact a representative to initiate the pickup process.
Customers and guests not on our delivery schedule may ship their tools to us after notifying a representative. Please include company name as well as contact name and number with the shipment of any product and to the attention of "repair services."
Special arrangements may be made for companies working within our region. Additional upfront fees may apply.
In certain instances, a tool may be repaired on site.
Repairs & Billing
Initial diagnostic fees are charged at $105 per tool.
After inspection, a labor charge ($90 per hour) + any parts and any associated shipping costs will be applied to the repair order.
Repairs below 50% of the cost of a new tool will automatically be repaired.
If the repair is over 50% of the cost of a new tool, we will provide an estimate.
The diagnostic fee of $105 will be applied to the cost of a new tool in the form of a credit if the original tool is deemed unrepairable (non-applicable to discount brands).
Rush services are also available at the discretion of the customer. Pickup, shipping, labor and return are all available to be expedited in certain instances.
Tools not picked up within 30 days will be scrapped.
Other FAQ's
Repairs are not limited to the Enerpac brand of products.
Repairs are limited to Hydraulic Lifting Tools, Cylinders and Accessories. Applicable brands will include Enerpac, SPX, Trompler, BVA, etc.
Post Repair warranties are valid for 3 months after the respective service has been performed.
Unmarked products will be stamped or etched for traceability.
All identification numbers will be logged accordingly.
Common repair parts are kept in inventory and subject to change based on demand.

LAB209 - Diagnostic Fee
LAB210 - 1/2 Hour Labor Rate
LAB211 - Rush Diagnostic Fee
LAB212 - 1/2 Hour Rush Labor Rate
Time is billed on the half hour. Labor of 35 minutes will be rounded to 1 hour. Labor of 15 minutes will be rounded to one half hour.
We will make every attempt to process your repair in a timely fashion. We cannot, however control various conditions such as supplier order minimums, shipping delays and fees, or other uncontrollable factors.
We will notify you upon completion of any repair.
Any special pickup or delivery fees may be applied.
Products with no serial codes / markings will be marked at our discretion for traceability.
Warranty claims are subject to Manufacturer approval only. We do not participate in any other special promotion of warranty
