Perma-Patch Regular Mix is a permanent cold-applied pavement repair that you simply open, pour, compact and drive on. Formulated for all-season use, it works in freezing weather and wet conditions where hot mix and ordinary cold patch fail. The water-resistant poly woven bag is easy to carry and pour.
