POLINOX® mounted flap wheels are made of non-woven polyamide abrasive, into which abrasive grain is integrated. Several wavily arranged strips of non-woven abrasive material are wound around a core. The wavy structure of the non-woven abrasive material creates a seamless matte finish on surfaces.
