Returns & Exchanges

     

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please use the following guidelines for submitting your return:

Return Period

Orders are required to be checked for accuracy immediately when delivery is made. Deliveries that are requested to be left at an unattended location is at the discretion of the customer and will bare all associated risks.

You may return any purchase of "in stock" items within 30 days of receipt. To ensure proper credit, all returns require pre-approval and authorization. Once an approval is issued for your return, send us the merchandise within the next 30-day period. Any return not received within 30 days will be cancelled. All returns for "in stock" items are subject to a 15% ($10.00 minimum) restocking fee.

All other returns are subject to a return evaluation and are subject to the return policies of the supplier / manufacturer as well as any other associated shipping or handling charges.

To request a return, please contact Customer Service. Please have your invoice number ready and list of items to return, which can be found on your packing slip.

Non-Returnable Items

Purchases must be returned in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer's packaging. Please note that we do not accept return of the following:

  • Items purchased over 30 days of receipt
  • Hazardous items or flammable liquids
  • Custom or logo merchandise
  • Items that have been used
  • Special Order Items or items unreturnable to the Manufacturer / Supplier.
  • Items purchased elsewhere.

Refund Method

All refunds will be made in exchange for credit.

Handling & Restocking Fees

There is a 15% ($10.00 minimum) handling & restock fee charged for the return of our stock product unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). 

Items shipped from the manufacturer may be subject to additional policies and charges.

Damages & Shortages

We take great care to have delivered goods counted and checked before shipping to avoid errors. Upon delivery of any package, do a careful examination for damaged or shorted items and make a notation on the Carrier's receipt. Please note that by giving the Carrier a signed receipt accepting the goods without notation of damage or shortage, you assume responsibility for the condition of the packaged items. Damages and shortages must be noted along with your signature. In order to receive a refund or exchange for damaged or shorted items, you must contact Customer Service within 48 business hours of receipt.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer an exchange program for returned merchandise except when replacing damaged goods, and for special circumstances. If you would like to request an exchange, contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Warranty Claims

Items not purchased at OK Industrial will not be warranted by OK Industrial. Defective merchandise is required to be returned to OK Industrial or to the manufacturer or distributor for a determination to made on whether a defect exists. If a determination is made that a defect exists, the product may be repaired or replaced, or a credit may be issued, depending on the item and the policies of the manufacturer. Most warranties do not cover freight costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. Credit for a defective item is issued by OK Industrial only after a determination has been made and credit has been issued to us by the manufacturer/supplier. If it is determined that a defect does not exist, the product can be returned for future use. The customer would be responsible for freight costs to have the product shipped back. If after 15 days shipping arrangements have not been made, the product would be discarded.
